I, Michael J Turner, retain all copyright protection of my original thoughts, words, and photographs. So far it includes the year of 2010, but I shall not limit myself to just this year.

I would love for you to use my material with the caveat that you give me credit for it. You will go to hell for stealing as sure as you will for murder (it's in the Bible, Google it!). You shall not receive monetary compensation for using my copyrighted material, except without express written permission from me (and some monetary compensation for me as well). With full credit to me given, you can pass along my stuff to anyone - but they are also beholden to these restrictions (including giving me monetary compensation).

By the way, despite the overarching intellect apparent from these posts and pages, if you read, see, hear or infer actions or activities that endanger yourself or others, I exempt myself from blame. If you know its wrong, just cause you got the idea from Insensitized.WordPress.com does not mean I have any legal liability. If you are that big a fool, I refuse the ethical liability as well. In fact I just might blog about your foolishness.
